Ryan is a seasoned Management Consultant with a rich tapestry of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI) Engineering, and Digital Transformation. Over the last five years, he has navigated the complexities of diverse sectors ranging from FMCG and Banking to Legal, and the Public Sector.At the core of Ryan's work is a focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights, by working closely with teams to understand their requirement and build user-centric dashboards.Ryan’s approach to developing data solutions is centred on the strategic use of data and emerging technologies.

Ryan is an Extended Reality (XR) innovator who has blended his passion for immersive technologies with practical applications in professional environments. He began his XR journey through co-founding Visby —an AR platform transforming art interaction—and launching a VR capability at work, to push the boundaries of digital engagement.His projects have included a VR-based cyber security e-learning experience, facilitating virtual reality meetings, virtual wind turbine repair training and setting up a graduate onboarding platform.Ryan's work in XR is driven by a vision to integrate immersive technologies seamlessly into everyday business processes.
